TILT Music Blog – El Zoológico

Well I’ve taken a break, but what better way to start the blogging again than with somebody from PR.  Rene Boscio’s solo project El Zoológico is something fresh and interesting to listen to.  The combination of Electro with pop and ambient sounds makes his music something I like to listen to quite a bit (and not only because I make thesame type of music).  His idea is quite original, adaptating sounds from nature to his four EP project which he pretends to separate in dry land, aquarium, jungle and aviary.

His myspace page includes six songs and they all bring a different dimension of sounds and playfullness to your ears.  Headphones are suggested to listen to his music in full detail but are not mandatory.  From the songs on his page I trully recomend Mr. Frog, which has a Postal Service-like sound.  Also Penguin & Sea Lion is a great tune, which besides being planned for his aquarium EP also appears on the Petite & Jolie compilation which you can download for free.  So let’s go to the zoo and have some musictastic experience.
